Thanks for that. Underworld has more flaws than just the script, of course, but that story is as you say plausible.
I don’t believe that there really is a feud between RTD and Moffatt; but I notice some of the more batshit fandom circles like to believe that that is the case (and find meta-text to support this idea in, for instance, The End of Time and Death of the Doctor).
