I opened a bunch of poll posts and am going through them all at once, so at first I didn’t notice whose I was filling out. I’m fully aware that fannish umbrellas are huge and worldwide, so I’m used to filling out polls from parallel readers. Along about the middle of your poll, though, I began thinking that we should have at least one or two LJ-friends in common. And then lo, I saw that it’s you: a familiar icon from so many mutual LJs, though I think we haven’t met, ourselves. Clearly, you’re a reader of taste and distinction….
