Aha! I have the Ossetian unicodes!

Ӕ and ӕ are unique to Ossetian. They look just like Æ and æ, but are in Cyrillic.

  1. The Demon Headmaster is very definitely a children’s book but I still remember it (and the rest of the series) fondly.
