Rebus’ Scotland was a huge disappointment for me, and I love Rebus and Rankin. There’s not much in it that isn’t in the novels. The Other Boleyn Girl wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, but that is not necessarily a recommendation. Sound and the Fury was the first Faulkner novel I ever read. I really should read it again some time.
