Its inteersting how relatively unseen the ones are from 2003 on bar Kings Speech – normally in these kind of polls there’s a huge recency effect. Is it because your demographic all got middle aged round about then, or cos the films were worse? I;d go with the latter myself – tho I do wonder why Kings Speech is such an especial exception (I liked it but was not dumbstruck).
