In the Stonehenge story from The Doctor Who Files (reprinted in The Doctor Who Stories), the Doctor says that there are two contradictory explanations for the Princes in the Tower, a reference to the fact that the audio The Kingmaker and the novel Something Inside… had different answers to this mystery.
