Like a lot of Who fans, I was sorry to learn of the death of Kevin Stoney who played both of the two greatest villains of the show before the arrival of Davros – Mavic Chen in The Daleks’ Master Plan, and Tobias Vaughn in The InvasionRevenge of the Cybermen.
