Yep. I don’t bother to read/watch news, as the news focuses on the negative and is always pushing one viewpoint or another. Rarely is any of it relevant to me, and most of what is “relevant” is out of my control for good or ill. Much better to focus on what I need to know in order to do my job as best I can.
