Pleased and surprised to see thoughts on this collection pop up here. As I recall it was moving sideways like a crab that was my main justification for it being a Cancer story, though the date for Inferno fitting in (judging by the Brigade Leader’s calendar) was a definite bonus. When I proposed it, I suggested it should be Cancer but that it could plausibly be a Gemini too. It’s still a story I remember fondly.
