I haven’t finished 2312 yet, so I haven’t ranked it, but my novel rankings so far are

2) Blackout
3) Captain Vorpatril’s Alliance
4) Throne of the Crescent Moon
So there you can have at least one ranking with Redshirts first. I don’t think it will be displaced by 2312 based on my reading so far, though admittedly I’m not far into it yet.
