In fairness, the online directory for the institutions as such is not bad; it is when you get to the member states, or indeed bodies like your employers and mine, that it gets useful to have something like the EPAD or projects. Agreed that the price is at the top end of what most people who might use it can afford, if not above. I weighed that against the value of the time saved over the next year by not having to faff around for 20 minutes every time I want some of the information in it. Of course, Frank Schwalba-Hoth also scores by costing less than half the price of his competitors.
